Purchasing our rug from Beckwith Galleries was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I have ever had. I was allowed to bring a rug home and when that turned out to be too small, Bernie offered to come to our home.
He arrived with six or seven rugs for me to choose from, displayed each one, explaining the pros and cons of each, all with knowledge, patience, and professionalism. We are very pleased with our choice. The experience was pleasant, productive, and stress-free.
